The PPU project aims to double the beam power capability of the SNS accelerator from 1.4 to 2.8 MW by increasing the beam energy. The Conventional Facilities WBS provides the new buildings and associated utilities to support the technical equipment for the project. The Klystron Gallery upgrades include the construction of a new pump building to support accelerator cooling equipment and the fit out of three sectors of the existing Klystron Gallery. The current design effort is using Building Information Modeling to design the conventional facilities and coordinates the arrangement of technical equipment and support utilities. The purpose of this review is to determine if the design effort has produced a construction and installation package that enables execution of the project goals.
