Please note that workshop registration does not indicate ORNL site access approval. The US Department of Energy requires ORNL to process all external guests for final approval. We have set the registration end date to ensure we have time to meet all approval requirements. Once your registration for the workshop has been confirmed, those without an ORNL badge will receive an ‘Invitation to ORNL’ email to submit their personal information for obtaining a Visitor Badge. Access to ORNL is for the purpose of attending this workshop only and does not enable access to other ORNL facilities or events.
Travel: We recommend waiting to make your travel arrangements until you receive site access approval and workshop attendance confirmation, as these cannot be guaranteed.
