DESCRIPTION:The SNS/HFIR User Office will be hosting a virtual proposal wr
 iting webinar on February 5th. This webinar will provide an overview of th
 e submission and review process as well as guidance on how to write a stro
 ng proposal. We will also be introducing our New User Beamtime Program (NU
 Be) to provide extra support to new users.  This webinar is for new users
 \, students/postdocs who may have participated an experiment but are writi
 ng a proposal for the first time\, or anyone who may want to brush up on t
 heir proposal writing skills.  We look forward to having you join us!\nAf
 ter the webinar\, there will be breakout sessions with instrument scientis
 ts where you can ask questions related your proposal.  There will be inst
 rument scientists representing powder diffraction\, single crystal diffrac
 tion\, Bio-SANS/biology\, Materials Engineering\, Imaging\, SANS/Spin Echo
 \, Chemical Spectroscopy\, Direct Geometry\, and Triple Axis.  Here you c
 an ask questions about instrument capabilities\, modes of access\, sample 
 run times\, etc. \nStaff participants for the Q&A sessions include: Anton
