DESCRIPTION:This workshop is a critical step in establishing opportunities
  for new science and applications at the SNS that are made possible by the
  SNS power upgrade and the track record of the successful power ramp up le
 ading to the present 2 MW operations.\nThe facility will be capable of up 
 to 3 MW in a few years\, enough beam power to support the SNS\, the STS an
 d other potential missions.\nAt the Workshop we will overview scientific a
 nd application opportunities for fundamental physics\, material science\, 
 fusion and nuclear energy\, isotopes\, and national security. Discussion a
 mong stakeholders and facility staff and leadership will help us identify 
 the most promising opportunities and inform future development plans.\n\nh
