DESCRIPTION:The SNS/HFIR User Office will be hosting a virtual proposal wr
 iting webinar on Thursday August 6 from 2-2:45pm (Eastern). This webinar w
 ill provide an overview of the submission and review process as well as gu
 idance on how to write a strong proposal. We will also discuss our New Use
 r Beamtime Program (NUBe) to provide extra support to new users.  This we
 binar is for new users\, students/postdocs who may have participated an ex
 periment but are writing a proposal for the first time\, or anyone who may
  want to brush up on their proposal writing skills.  We look forward to h
 aving you join us!\nStarting at 2:45pm\, there will be a virtual Q&A sessi
 on with staff where you can ask questions related your proposal.  There w
