Description
            The Mantid project provides a framework that supports high-performance computing and visualization of materials science data. Mantid has been created to manipulate and analyze neutron scattering and muon spectroscopy data, but could be applied to many other techniques.
- Mantid User Meeting (January 29-30, 2018) will cover the topics of 
    - 
        To share best practice and encourage collaboration 
- To discuss planned strategic and technical developments, including Mantid 4.0
- To present on progress on development in Mantid
- To capture and discuss the requests of the scientific groups over the next 1-2 years

- Mantid Developer Meeting (January 31-February 2, 2018) will cover topics of
    - Formal talks on current developments in Mantid, interacting with external projects, and software development practices
- Mini-code camps
- Design and discussion sessions
- Mid- and long-term planning
