The report for the workshop should answer the following questions:
1. How can the NRSE technique complement other high-resolution spectroscopy instruments at ORNL (HFIR, SNS, STS) and North America overall? Is there enough capability overlap to support the needs of the user community at present and in the medium-term future?
2. Which NRSE variants (e.g., MIEZE or standard NRSE or both) align best with the needs of the user community? What are some specific scientific problems that are uniquely addressable with a resonance-based spin-echo instrument?
3. What is the roadmap for enhancing NRSE capabilities over time? What priorities for further development should ORNL set, in order to best serve the community needs and to attract new users?
