IMPORTANT NOTE – REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
Due to the site access approval process, which can take some time, please note the different registration deadlines:
•Our Foreign National colleagues need to register by JANUARY 28th.
•Our U.S. citizen colleagues need to register by FEBRUARY 15th.
We will accept 30 participants. Registration for this event is free. Working lunch and refreshments will be provided. Travel support will not be provided. Please note that workshop registration does not indicate ORNL site access approval. The US Department of Energy requires ORNL to process all external guests for final approval for onsite access. The administrative assistant for this workshop will reach out to you at a later date asking for your information through our Guest Portal PAS system that will then start the approval process for your site access.
Access to ORNL is for the purpose of attending this workshop only and does not enable access to other ORNL facilities or events.
Travel: We recommend waiting to make your travel arrangements until you receive site access approval, as ORNL access cannot be guaranteed.
