A special event code is required to get the discounted group rate if you reserve a room by calling the hotel directly or using the Chattanooga Marriott website. The special event code for IWSMT-13 is: IWSIWSA
A few rooms have been reserved at the group rate for participants that arrive early to the workshop and/or stay in Chattanooga after the workshop. The number of reserved rooms is limited and they are "first come, first served."
NOTE - Participants must be registered with the hotel by Sept. 15, 2016 to receive the workshop group rate. Room availability and rate will not be guaranteed after Sept. 15, 2016.
Registration fees cover the workshop morning/evening refreshment breaks, lunches, banquet dinner, and facility costs.
