The Cryogenic Moderator System (CMS) serves to cool the Hydrogen moderators. Over the last ten years of operation, the system has had both periods of stability and instability.  In 2019 after an unstable run, a CMS Task Force was formed to develop a plan to restore the system to stable 1.4 MW operation and assess the system capability to meet the requirements to support 2.0 MW beam operation.  The Task force was formed in August of 2019 and has generated a plan to achieve stable 1.4 MW operation.  The Task Force has also developed a preliminary plan for stable 2.0 MW operation.  This review will focus on evaluating the plans generated by the CMS Task Force and also determine if the resources and organizational structure are appropriate to execute the plans.
